    Aojiru Chazuke

    Ingredients (1 serving)

    Cooked rice
    180g
    Japanese basil
    10pieces
    Jako (dried young sardines)
    2 tablespoon
    Shibazuke (Japanese pickles)
    1 teaspoon
    Green Barley
    1/2 package
    Hot water
    150cc
    Salt
    a dash

    ※Chazuke: rice with tea poured on it (Japanese dish)

    How to make

    1. Julienne the Japanese basil. Put into water quickly and then drain the water off.
    2. Arrange ①, Jako, Shibazuke on cooked rice.
    3. Mix well Green Barley, hot water and salt together and pour onto ②.
