    Green Barley Cookie

    Ingredients (about 15 cookies)

    Green Barley
    1 pack (3g)
    Butter
    60g
    Egg yolk
    1/2
    Sugar
    30g
    Wheat-flour
    110g

    How to make

    1. Soften butter by returning it to a room temperature, add sugar and mix with a whisk.
    2. Add egg yolk and Green Barley and mix. Then, add wheat flour by using a sifter.
    3. Mix ② with a rubber spatula, and use hands to set the dough together.
    4. Wrap the dough from ③ and cool it in a refrigerator for 30 minutes to an hour.
    5. Use a rolling pin to stretch the dough to 5mm thickness, cut out shapes using a mold, and arrange them on a griddle covered with an oven sheet.
    6. Bake 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
